• Review and process comprehensive plan amendments, re-zonings, annexations, site plans, and plats with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Develop project budgets, administer the bidding process, and expertly validate contract expenditures and compliance to maintain project integrity.
• Engage in strategic communication by presenting reports and findings to our dedicated staff and Planning & Zoning boards, serving as a key liaison between our professional team and decision-makers.
