This position will be responsible for performing quality audits on picked orders/outbound loads to ensure that customer specifications and compliance requirements are being met within a warehouse/distribution facility.
Job Responsibilities
Perform assigned post-pick audits to verify the correct items and quantities will ship to customer. Partner with Retail Compliance Team to thoroughly understand customer requirements. Assist in the maintenance and updates of auditing documentation. Collaborate with other team members and departments. Apprise shipping supervisor of any quality issues that may occur. Other duties as assigned.Requirements & Competencies
1+ years’ experience and familiarity with picking and packing Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. Problem-solving skills Self-motivated, “can do” attitude. Detail Oriented Navigates systems and software effectively (Microsoft 365 – Word, Excel) Language skills: Able to read, write, and or comprehend basic English. Math skills: BasicPhysical Requirements
Frequently required to stand, walk, twist, pull, push, reach, and bend Ability to lift up to 60lbs Work environment: distribution center that is not temperature controlled
