In 2023, we pioneered again, helping launch Impact Lending – a new category of lending. Any mortgage lender that commits at least 10% of its profits to helping the neighborhoods it serves is an Impact Lender.
At Movement, we are Impact Lenders. We give 40%-50% of our profits to making an impact in our communities. For us, purpose and people have always come before profit.
INTERNSHIP DETAILS
This will be a 10-week paid internship with the potential to come onboard full-time once completed.This will be onsite in our Tucson office.RESPONSIBILITIES
Successfully solves business problems by extending and enhancing Movement’s softwareCollaborates with the Product Manager, business leaders, stakeholders and customers to understand their strategic and tactical needs and translate them into product requirements.Contributes to defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and goals for your area.Creates and maintains a clear and visible product backlog, ensuring well-defined and estimated user stories based on business value and technical dependencies that are in line with the product roadmap.Works closely with the development team, participating in team ceremonies, providing clarifications on user stories and ensuring alignment with the product vision.Creates process flow documentation and business requirementsActively manages deployment content, performs testing to ensure platform stability during and after releasesMonitors product performance and user feedback to guide future product iterations.Works closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive product adoption.Conducts market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.Provides regular updates on product progress to stakeholders and the product team.Confidently presents system demos, trainings, focus groups, and business meetingsAs required, provides day to day escalation and system support to end userQUALIFICATIONS

$15.00 - $23.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
