Job Title: Unracker 

Reports To: Team Leader, following the direction of the Paintline Manager. 

Shift/Hours: 5 am- 5 pm  ( Rotating Shift)

Salary: 19.47 per hour 

We are currently seeking a dedicated Paintline Unracker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that all painted parts are carefully and safely removed from the paintline and prepared for the next stage of production. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Assist with loading and unloading of materials. Operate machinery and equipment as needed to support the production process. Set up bake ovens based on product specifications and requirements. Perform a variety of manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with setup and teardown of equipment. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and safety protocols to perform tasks safely and effectively. Report any defects or issues to Team Leader/Management. Record and maintain accurate records of oven temperatures and production data.  Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets.

What You Will Need:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Physical ability to lift and move materials.  Must pass company background check and drug screen.
