Qualifications:
- Manage and treat chronic cardiac conditions, including hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, and coronary artery disease.
- Prescribe and manage medications as per established guidelines and evidence-based practices.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and management of cardiac conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the cardiology team.
- Perform minor cardiac procedures and assist in more complex procedures as needed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Board certification as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AG-ACNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) with cardiology experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in cardiology or a related field.
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
