Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily supervision of luxury home construction projects
  • Work closely with the Superintendent to ensure on-site operations run smoothly
  • Ensure quality control and craftsmanship meets the highest standards
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain project schedules
  • Assist in managing job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all building codes
  • Conduct walkthroughs with clients and team members to review progress and address any issues

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in high-end residential construction (internships count)
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and high-end finishes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Eager to learn and grow within the construction industry
