SYNERGY HomeCare or Barrington has been providing excellence in care for over 15 years.  Our expectional team of caregivers are the heart and soul of our agency.    We appreciate all that caregivers do every day to keep our clients safe and happy in the place they call home.

We have several shifts available, short shifts pay premium, including but not limited to:

8:30am-9:30am  week days & weekends

8:30am-12:30am week days & weekends

9am-6pm week days & weekends

2pm-6pm Tuesday & Thursday

5:30pm-8:30pm  week days & weekends

8pm-8am & 11pm-7 pm Overnight Awake

Qualified Candidates will need to:

  • Pass a criminal background check with no disqualifying offenses
  • Have 2 years exprience working with cognitive impairment and other disabilities
  • Lift at least 25 lbs
  • Reliable
  • Have good transportation
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to make a difference in another persons life
