We are searching for a full-time Facilities Director at the esteemed Congregation of Holy Cross (US Province) in the serene setting of Notre Dame, IN. This pivotal facilities management position offers a competitive salary range of $87,000 to $107,000/year.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As the Facilities Director, you will assume the responsibility of overseeing all Province properties and facilities across local and national locations to ensure their seamless operation and maintenance. Your role will encompass directing the various business activities within facilities management and providing guidance to the Province maintenance and housekeeping departments. Furthermore, your duties will entail occasional travel to Province-owned properties for both scheduled and ad-hoc site assessments and visits, ensuring their adherence to our stringent quality benchmarks.

Here's what you need to become our Facilities Director:

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of building trades, building codes, and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Planner)

A bachelor's degree or related education is preferred but not required.
