A small hospital with beautiful attached cancer center is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage.
About the facility locationWhile in coastal Oregon, catch a Glimpse of the most iconic Haystack Rock at Cannon Beach, explore the Three Capes Scenic Route, or see a breathtaking view at Boiler Bay.
About the clinician's workdayThe schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week. The role requires taking call and working weekends for established patients only, with 10 days of coverage per month. Hospital privileges are needed, which may take 30-60 days to obtain. The EMR and treatment planning system used is Cerner. Support staff includes a medical assistant and a navigator. An active state license is highly preferred for candidates, with requirements for both Oregon and Washington.
