Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist at Shelby Manor , a dynamic and innovative Assisted and Independent Living health campus in Shelby, NC . You must hold an active or pending Occupational Therapy (OT) state licensure to apply for this position.

Qualifications
Must have an active or pending Occupational Therapy (OTR) state license Proven track record of successful patient care experience Experience working with a geriatric disabled population preferred
