Overview

We are looking for a  Server/Culinary Assistant . This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior age residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Senior Assisted Living Community in Lakeville, MN.

This casual on-call food services schedule includes;

0 hours per pay period  Day/evening shifts Weekends as needed Benefits ( Matching Retirement monies)  New Benefit of Early Wage Access

Opening the Spring of 2023 The Pillars of Lakeville  brings the best of senior care & living to the Twin Cities’ fastest-growing south metro community near Farmington. This beautiful new building will offer 100 senior apartments including independent and assisted living units as well as a carefully crafted memory care neighborhood on the first floor with a patio courtyard.

Responsibilities/Job Description

Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies Assists with meal prep and special events Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately 

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive attitude required Desire to work with seniors Ability to interact empathetically and communicate effectively with residents and staff Prefer some work experience in a customer service setting, but not required
