Summary: 

The Storeroom Clerk role is trained to perform maintenance of accurate inventory control records and performing distribution of part items to maintenance and production personnel.

Schedule: 

Leprino Foods is a 24/7 operating facility; the current vacancy is on night shift from 11pm-7:30am. 

Pay Rate: 

Typically ranges between $ per hour and $ per hour 

Responsibilities: 

Identifying and locating parts for plant employees as needed

Accurate counting of parts, ordering, tracking overdue purchase orders, shipping of equipment for repairs, and data entry. 

Receiving correct parts as they arrive in the parts room 

Other duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

You must be at least 18 years old. 

Ability to pass a physical abilities test to assess ability to bend, reach, lift, pull, and climb stairs/ladders as required for the position. 

Must be able to work Sunday - Saturday, off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and required overtime to support a 24 hour/7 day operation. 

Preferred skills: 

Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. 

Background or aptitude towards maintenance setting

Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office products. 

Familiarity or ability to learn SAP, or similar integrated manufacturing system. 

Physical Demands & Environment: 

Ability to support 24 / 7 manufacturing operation, including holiday and weekend coverage when needed

This position will be exposed to both an office and production operations environment. Industrial setting includes both wet and dry production areas with loud noise and varying degrees of temperature from freezer to extreme heat

Extended periods of sedentary movement is required

Bending, squatting, and climbing of steps may be needed occasionally

Specific vision may be required for this position, including close vision, distance vision, color and depth perception, and the ability to read computer screens for extended time period
