Overseeing the day to day operations of the Payroll and Auditing DepartmentsAnalyzing and evaluating reports, data, and systems ensuring efficiencyParticipate in external audits, including financial, tax, payroll, etc. Oversee processing of payroll changes and system upgradesEnsure compliance with relevant wage and hour lawsSupervise and coach direct reports to develop their skills and allow them to take on additional tasksDemonstrate at all times a high standard of ethics, integrity and personal accountabilityHighlight trends for upper management and provide solutionsEnsure all transactions remain confidential and release information to only those authorize to receive itAssist executive management with ongoing projects and updating policies and proceduresDeliver outstanding service and direct support to all retail locations by resolving any issues in a timely mannerDevelop and maintain knowledge of Russell Cellular and Verizon Wireless policies and proceduresQualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required – Accounting/Finance preferredAccuracy and speed for data entryStrong Microsoft Excel skillsStrong problem solving and organizational skills.Strong ability to pay attention to detail and possess strong analytical skills.Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills are essentialAbility to work independently and multi-task in order to achieve Corporate Office goalsPositive attitude and pleasant demeanorProfessional appearanceTeam player
