Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy
Board-certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Licensure to practice medicine in the State of Texas and be in good standing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual preferred
Demonstrates competence with patients aged 0 and older

Job Overview
Under the director of the VP/ CMO and in accordance with the medical profession, provides quality primary health care for treatment of a variety of medical conditions to community- bases patient population that is diverse in age, educational background and income level.
The Practice's structure includes operating hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with productivity goals set at 5,400 ambulatory encounters annually. Physicians, categorized as "exempt" employees, are responsible for scheduling arrangements to meet these goals.
