Role: Quality Assurance Specialist Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure product and service meet or exceed specified standards. Conduct detailed audits and analysis of products and processes to identify potential areas for improvement or non-compliance with established quality standards. Collaborate with product development and operations teams to integrate quality assurance measures throughout the production lifecycle. Lead the resolution of quality-related issues, facilitating root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Manage and maintain documentation for quality assurance activities, including audits, system tests, and quality metrics. Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and regulations related to quality assurance, ensuring compliance and promoting best practices within the organization. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, emphasizing quality assurance principles. Proven experience in a quality assurance role, demonstrating a successful track record in enhancing product quality and process efficiency. In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, TQM). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement strategic solutions. Proficient level of English to effectively communicate quality standards and procedures across diverse teams. Adaptability to new cultural and professional environments, with a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
