Join our friendly team at the Windermere Real Estate office in your area as a Real Estate Specialist . In this role, you will serve as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assistance throughout the real estate transaction process. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to grow their career in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
  • Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts, leases, and closing statements
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Display and market real property to potential buyers

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Previous professional work experience
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to attend both in-person and online meetings and classes 
  • Pleasant, friendly and trustworthy
  • Computer savvy
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Must be 18+
