Job Functions

: Work closely with sales representatives to extend high-quality, timely service to current and prospective customers. Provide initial customer contact and answer, screen and route sales phone calls. Qualify incoming leads before disseminating them to the appropriate sales representative. Answer routine product questions and direct questions to appropriate personnel. Maintain the database of customers and prospective contracts and update as needed. Collect and prepare documents for orders. Prepare quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers. Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations. Follow up with sales leads, forward literature, and initial customer contact. Assemble sales packets and maintain stock of sales documents. Perform typing, data entry, copying, filing, scanning, faxing and other miscellaneous clerical/administrative work as requested. May be required to handle own client base. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/ Qualifications:

Flexible, with the ability to multi-task in a highly demanding, stressful environment. ERP System Experience. Preferably Microsoft Navision. Strong Outlook, Excel, Word and other computer-based skills. Capability to communicate effectively, including giving and receiving feedback on the quality of product line and services. Maintain effective relationships with co-workers and customers. Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding follow through. Flexible, with the ability to multi-task in a highly demanding, stressful environment. ERP System Experience. Preferably Microsoft Navision.

Education/ Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; Bachelors Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years office experience, preferably in a corporate, inside sales environment.
