This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work weekends. Our office is located at 1 Dakota Drive, Lake Success, NY.
We offer 2 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted on - site.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate a work team while maintaining high standardsAdministration of clinical staff work schedule Management direction, all aspects of clinical policies and protocolsProvide feedback to address processing issuesRespond to provider inquiries that have been received by the escalation and case resolution departmentResponsible for the flow of patient care in the office The big challenge is motivating people and leading by example with a positive attitude that's professional, courteous and cheerful.You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED2+ years of supervisory experience5+ years of one - on - one patient facing experience3+ years of experience with phlebotomy Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Well - versed in Electronical Medical RecordsAbility to work an on - site position and reside within a commutable distance to the office: 1 Dakota Drive, Lake Success, NYAbility to work any shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday including the flexibility to work weekends based on business needMust be 18 years of age OR olderPreferred Qualifications:
