Aurora Traders LLC is seeking a diligent and physically fit Loader/Unloader to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading goods, ensuring the safe handling of all products, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets using manual and mechanical equipment.
  • Product Handling: Ensure all products are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with organizing and storing goods in designated areas, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Quality Control: Inspect goods for any signs of damage or discrepancies during loading and unloading processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
