Engineering Manager

Position Description

Highly automated wood door manufacturing plant seeking a technical leader. Engineering Manager will be responsible for establishing vision and driving execution of facility process and growth initiatives.
Essential Job Functions: Lead Manufacturing Engineering Team Establish plant project priorities and facilitation thereof Oversee Development and training of technical skills Plan, organize, and execution of facility annual capital plan Coordinate with business leaders to establish business goal Research, justify, plan, purchase and coordinate installation of processes and equipment Support facility business objectives Create a work environment with safety as a high priority Enforce all health and safety rules and regulations according to all laws and company protocol Create and communicate KPMs to drive improvement and uptime of equipment Administration & oversight of Maintenance Management software companywide (MP) Strong understanding and support of continuous improvement Plan and oversee facility maintenance operation and finances Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering + years relevant experience in engineering role Leadership experience Experience working with manufacturing and assembly processes; wood industry experience preferred Project Management experience Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills All team members are expected to follow the Code of Conduct to the highest standards as well as to adhere to the Attendance Policy of our Client
