The Opportunity

Five Star Senior Living is currently looking for a Prep-Cook to join our team. As a prep cook you will be responsible for the preparation of ingredients and stations used in the cooking process, as well as maintaining the kitchen and ensuring it is clean, sanitized and well maintained.

What You’ll Do

Execute

Preparation of a wide variety of menu items according to prescribed recipes. Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment. Consistently maintain standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavor of foods. Work closely with all Residents and staff members and vendors.

What You’ll Bring

Experience & Education

High School diploma or equivalent preferred 1 + year(s) of experience as a Cook. Ability to maintain a sanitary environment and comply with safety standards. Proven ability to work effectively on a team. Serve Safe a plus.
