Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communityEncourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-beingProvide hands-on support and assistance with mobility and incontinence care as neededContribute to developing service plans and document care and services as provided dailyEnsure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance

Skills Required for Success

Being flexible and adaptable to different schedules, tasks and changing resident care needsProficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skillsAbility to observe, identify and promptly report changes in condition to the appropriate personnelAbility to follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a collective goal

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Our Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School diploma or equivalentProficient in verbal and written EnglishInterest in working with an aging population requiring physical assistanceExperience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care providerAbility to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays
