A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COAST DENTIST
Arrive to a fully staffed office where your confirmed appointments are pre-scheduled to maximize your productivity. The front office staff works to ensure your patients have a positive overall experience. Your back-office support team is busy working behind the scenes to manage HR, Recruitment, Scheduling, and the Administration necessary to become a top producing office. You have the managerial support of a seasoned Clinical Director, Regional Vice President, and District Manager to advise and coach you on business best practices. Your Coast Family is a partnership where the entire organization is invested in your success.RESPONSIBILITIES
Examine and treat dental patients for routine care and emergencies Diagnose and treat patients with your comforting and caring chairside manner Recommend treatment plans customized to meet the patients’ needs Partner with the clinical team to maintain patient flow efficiency and effectivenessQUALIFICATIONS
