Instrument Technician

Under general supervision, installs, calibrates, repairs, tests, maintains and troubleshoots plant electronic and pneumatic controls, indicating, recording equipment and plant electrical equipment up to 600V. Applies theory in electronic maintenance of control systems and circuitry, indicating equipment, recording equipment, and process control computer(s) DCS, PLCs. Performs work alone or with other employees depending on the character and nature of the work assignments.
