Allpro Staffnet is hiring a payroll clerk.  

Allpro is a business founded and owned by a service-disabled veteran. Serving those who have sacrificed for our country is fundamental to our goals. We have worked extensively with the VA and take pride in honoring our veterans by providing the best in homecare services.

Responsibilities:

  • Verifying and processing weekly payroll
  • Entering vendors
  • Entering direct deposit information
  • Entering timesheets into QuickBooks
  • Retrieving invoices and payroll reports for employment verification
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Homecare Payroll experience preferred
  • Experience with Axiscare preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read and verify authorizations as needed

 

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm, in office
