El servicio al cliente es importante para generar confianza con los clientes y la tripulación, por lo que nuestro candidato perfecto debe tener grandes habilidades de organización y comunicación.


Un candidato perfecto que tenemos en mente debe ser creativo, organizado y altamente capacitado en el procesamiento de ajustes de clientes y proveedores.


Al analizar las necesidades del cliente y recopilar información del cliente, nuestro representante de servicio al cliente recomienda posibles servicios y productos a la gerencia. Al lograr resultados relacionados, nuestro candidato de alta calidad contribuye al esfuerzo del equipo.


Responsabilidades


● Responde preguntas sobre el servicio y el producto.


● Monitorea el progreso del entrenamiento de la tripulación.


● Registra los contactos de los clientes y la resolución de quejas.


● Actualiza la información a todos los miembros de la gerencia y la tripulación.


● Mantiene registros de clientes.


● Resuelve problemas de servicio y productos.


● Aclara las quejas de los clientes.


● Determina la causa del problema.


● Proporciona soluciones adecuadas a los problemas de acuerdo con la política.
