That’s why we need you, an experienced quality assurance analyst who knows how to thoroughly test software and ensure that our team releases the best system possible.
As a quality assurance leader, you’ll oversee a team of Software Quality Assurance Analyst evaluating developed systems for the Veteran Administration. You’ll guide your team to develop and implement a test plan based on requirements.
Using software quality assurance, you’ll lead your team to generate problem resolutions and track quality assurance standards to observe how the system performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the tool. You’ll share your expertise in various types of testing, includingmanual, automation, performance, accessibility, usability, user acceptance testing, and testing process improvement. This is an opportunity to expand your skills in documenting and solving system deficiencies as well as leading and mentoring others and estimating testing efforts.

You Have:
10+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
Knowledge of Veteran Administration developed systems
Ability to create and update existing Selenium automation for a Veteran Administration developed application
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
HS diploma or GED
Vetting:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
