Key Accountabilities
Schedules candidate interviews.
Provides support to a team of Advisors.
Maintain relationships with managers and suppliers to coordinate interviews.
Provide support to the Coordinators as needed.
Utilizes Microsoft Office Suite.
Utilizes strong interpersonal and written communication skill.
Have strong communication and time management skills.
Maintains confidentiality, utilizes discretion and good judgment.
Must have experience in prioritizing work and handling multi-tasks in a high paced work environment.
Required Skills
Need someone with basic Microsoft suite experience.
Applicant Tracking Systems
Critical thinking, excellent interpersonal, and organizational skills is a must
Makes decisions within well-defined parameters.
Identifies problems and develops solutions.
Must be a team player and open to doing various task when needed.
Education: HS Diploma or GED
Work Schedule: 5-40 Schedule (8Hr Days) - 5 days on / 2 days off
Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
