Job Details
Responsibilities include:
Edits and develops online learning course materials.Reviews, edits, and tracks training interactions from requirements gathering sessions.Works with subject matter experts to create written training contentCreate engaging employee learning experiences that integrates instructor-led based learningDemonstrate excellent written and presentation skills.Uses a flexible writing style that can be adapted to meet the needs of different audiences and scopes.Writes scripts for video and audio content.Updates, organizes and synthesize source material into well-written, concise learning products. Employ adult learning principles and instructional design theoriesWork independently; takes projects successfully from concept to implementationDemonstrate instructional technology skills with desire to learn new tools (software and hardware) as appropriateKeeps current on best practices in instructional design.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Education / Experience
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two (2) year college or technical school; or minimum one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and professional experienceExperience in Training Development, Instructional Design and/or Technology, Education, Business, Adult Learning, highly preferredSkills & Abilities
Ability to comprehend and translate concepts into clear, concise, and engaging contentExperience with design platforms a plusVisible passion for learning and the ability to drive the organizational development and learning agendaExcellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technicalAbility to build successful relationships within the organizationAbility to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlinesThrives in a team environment where creativity, flexibility, and communication are highly valuedCritical thinking, excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OutlookFLSA Status: Exempt
