Lead in the implementation of Agile delivery principles and practices within our Claim data organization and help on the dissemination of the methodology across technical and business teams Provide financial/resource/strategic portfolio management support at the organizational level, partnering closely with our Claim data leadership team Manage/oversee the execution and delivery of our Claim data portfolio in alignment with the strategic roadmap and objectives Ensure the Claim squads are implementing Quarterly Planning, Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, Stand-ups, Demos, and Retrospectives in alignment with enterprise agile standards Mitigate risks, issues, and impediments at the Claim organizational level to help the teams be successful Ensure delivery standards, process efficiency, and continuous improvement processes are being implemented consistently across the organization Leverage metrics, reporting, analytics, and tooling (Jira) to optimize team delivery and organizational efficiency Build and support a culture that promotes transparency, inspection, and adaptation Embrace, champion, and adapt to change and transformation in alignment with business goals and the overall strategic direction Populate scorecards and status reports as needed to provide timely and accurate progress on Claim initiatives Oversee/govern both internal and external spend to ensure alignment with the budget Clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of management and across multiple stakeholders Excellent communication and facilitation skills with stakeholder management experience required Agile and Jira experience and expertise required Experience leading/overseeing multiple teams at once People / portfolio management experience including resource planning and financial management are required Demonstrated experience in leading change and/or transformation Proficiency in Microsoft suite - PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, Sharepoint, and Word
