A DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Commercial Roofing Foreman, you oversee the restoration, removal, and replacement of various roofing systems. On the job site, you are responsible for supervising a team of 5 - 10 roofers and laborers, ensuring they follow company procedures and safety policies while producing work that meets our standards of excellence.

Supporting our company's commitment to continuing education, you train new crew members and stay up-to-date on all of the roof systems we use, including TPO, PVC, EPDM rubber, built-ups, Bitumen, and metal. You are in charge of keeping projects on budget and communicate proactively with clients. You are a capable, professional leader who sets the tone on every job site, and you get satisfaction from running a high-performing team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to pass a drug test upon hire
• Able to read and understand blueprints, complicated saddle designs, and our instructions to follow client and manufacturer specifications
• Able to demonstrate and follow our safety protocols as well as OSHA/ ANSI regulations and specific job site safety rules.
