We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative who is passionate about building relationships, providing personalized solutions, and exceeding client expectations.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and goals
  • Providing tailored advice and guidance to clients on insurance coverage options
  • Assisting clients in assessing risks and offering suitable insurance solutions
  • Cross-selling additional products and services to enhance client portfolios
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in insurance sales or a related commission-based sales field is required for this role, and an active insurance license in Tennessee is also required.

Responsibilities

- Building relationships with potential clients and generating new leads

- Analyzing customer needs and recommending the appropriate insurance solutions

- Assisting clients in selecting the right coverage and explaining policy terms and conditions

- Processing policy changes, endorsements, and renewals

- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving client inquiries and concerns



Requirement

- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field

-Prior experience in commission-based sales

-an active insurance license in Tennessee

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed expectations

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
