Job Description: We are seeking experienced and motivated Service Technicians to provide top-notch service and maintenance for our customers' HVAC, plumbing, and appliance needs. The successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Repair: Identify and fix issues with HVAC systems, plumbing, and appliances efficiently and effectively.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance to ensure systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs and maintenance.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a service technician in HVAC, plumbing, or appliance repair.
• Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Certification: Relevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or appliance repair are a plus.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments, including tight spaces.
