Responsible for completing data entry and integrity, assigned mailings, online store management, inventory management, and various other daily tasksDescription:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include But Not Limited To)

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Download/Upload/Import/Export information while ensuring the integrity of the data Ready daily and weekly mailings Fulfill and document all Mercy Market orders, inventory, and sales records Fulfill Fulfillment requests for IOC and National Offices Listen and quality control recorded calls Other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Requirements)

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Basic admin skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently and keep goals and objectives. Aesthetically pleasing handwriting preferred. Lifting required on a regular basis 20 lbs and up. Bilingual preferred. Supportive of Mercy Ships mission and vision, and committed to its core values. Understand and apply servant leadership, work collaboratively with integrity and demonstrate accountability.

Education and Experience

The requirements listed below are representative of the education and / or experience required.

High School Diploma.  Successful completion of Mercy Ships Entry Training will be required within the first year.
