Description

PURPOSE

To effectively coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Players Club department. To assist the Player Club Manager with communication and coordination within all areas of Player Club, including Box Office operations, Sno Casino Express and other casino departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of Players Club operations during the Manager’s absence. Administers the day-to-day operations of Players Club, providing support and direction to Players Club Leads and Representatives. Assists with the organization and implementation of players’ parties, special events and promotions designed for high-stakes and premium players. Resolve daily guest issues, including following through on any unresolved guest inquiries or issues as needed. Ensures Team Members understand and follow policies and procedures of both the department and the casino, including casino handbooks, departmental policies and procedures. Assist the Player’s Club Manager when needed. Responsible for any assigned projects or tasks by following through and completing them to ensure deadlines are met. Act as a resource on Snoqualmie Casino and Marketing department policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Education and Experience :

High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). One (1) year of Lead experience in the Players Club or a similar environment Two (2) years of hospitality or customer service experience One (1) year Supervisory experience managing a team of five (5) or more Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties of the position.

Skills and Abilities :

Familiarity with Word and Excel programs Proven Office Management skills including strong proficiency in communication (oral and written), organization and time management Proven in-depth understanding of the programs used in performing the functions of the Players Club.

Snoqualmie Casino exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.

Salary Description $57,062.08/yr minimum, DOE
