As a restaurant shift leader, you will:

Provide top-notch service to every customer. After all, that's why we're here Communicate restaurant sales goals and motivate staff to exceed shift goals. Assist in maintaining a clean store - to include taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping. Practice all rules for safety, food handling, and cash security. Model proper behavior and upselling to restaurant team members.

Here's what we're looking for:

A can-do attitude and customer service-driven personality. 1+ years’ food service experience. Cash handling is a plus The ability to work a flexible schedule. A results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
