Selective Staffing Solutions has teamed up with a local family owned and operated company, specializing in design, fabrication, and installation of fine quality custom ornamental metalwork. We are seeking a experienced Installer to join their growing team. Under the direction of the Foreman, the responsibilities of the installer position include installation of product, perform general labor duties, work outdoors in elements year-round, and communicate with customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a variety of measuring tools including, tape measure, laser and levels
  • Will be responsible to install according to shop drawings, sketches, work orders, or verbal instructions.
  • Work includes set-up, installation and clean-up.
  • Work with other installers to assist in the installation of product.
  • Operate forklifts, hoists, hand power tools, slings, grinders, cutting torch, and other hand tools related to the job's needs.
  • Must be presentable and able to display friendly customer service.
  • Must keep tools, work trucks & parts in a organized manner.
  •  Read, understand, and follow job specifications, engineering drawings, and/or work orders.
  • Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position.
  • Perform a variety of complicated tasks, as required 
  • Stick welding on ferrous materials.
