Tampa Bay eBikes is looking for a tech-savvy, talented individual to help us grow our rapidly expanding company. We are a fast-growing retailer that specializes in premium, electric bikes. We currently have three unique retail locations. Our shops are not the typical large bike shop that you might be used to, we are smaller and more intimate by design. We like to get to spend time with our customers one-on-one, getting to know them and building lasting relationships. We carry premium brands like Aventon, Bird, Sondors, Rad Rovers, Himiway, Dirwin, Velotric just to name a few. Tampa Bay eBikes is looking for highly- motivated individual that can handle multiple hats supporting sales, service, and rentals. We typically have one to two employees working at a time. A typical day will include renting / selling an eBikes, building new eBikes, maintaining the rental fleet and checking in and servicing customer’s bikes. Candidates should ideally have some sort of bike mechanic experience, ebike experience is not required. We offer great on-the-job and remote training in conjunction with our retail brand partners.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide exceptional, professional service to customers.
• Perform all types of standard bicycle repairs.
• Run diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair of electric problems.
• Assemble and inspecting e-bikes and perform adjustments.
• Install components and accessories - fenders, racks, integrated lighting, tires, etc.
• Enter service orders into the service software, maintain and update jobcards.
• Effectively communicate with customers, team members and management.
• Keep the department well-organized.
• Assist on the sales floor.
• Assist with rental orders by fitting customers to an ebike and providing them with an overview on how to safely operate the ebike during their rental.
• Be part of the team for improving productivity and the customer experience.
