We are seeking a highly-skilled world-class Photo Editor at the very top of the photo editing game with state-of-the-art retouching and fill replacement experience. The ideal candidate is a specialized expert in Adobe Photoshop using the latest Generative AI tools to enhance and manipulate images.

Responsibilities:

? Use Adobe Photoshop or equivalent to retouch, manipulate, and enhance images according to client specifications

.? Use both custom illustration and the latest Adobe Photoshop Generative Fill AI features or equivalent.

? Update architectural photos of building exteriors that are currently under construction to look more complete including:
  • Making under-construction projects look more complete by removing fencing, barricades, heavy equipment, construction personnel, etc
  • Replacing construction conditions with landscaping - a demonstrated expertise in creating photorealistic landscaping is a prerequisite
  • Adding building finishes such as incomplete window trim
  • Familiarity with CAD or Revit, such that you can use provided files from the client that demonstrate the specifications for the missing elements to add in

? Improve the appearance of pictures of completed buildings including:? Removing power lines? Improving immature landscaping to look mature? Improving sky color, cloud cover, and sunnyness? Replacing the views out of building windows with better lit more favorable scenes? Improving the appearance of lifestyle models including paunchiness, clothing replacement, eye opening, and smiles.? Make hue enhancements and color optimizations as needed. Must ‘speak photographer’ and be conversant in white balance, hue, tone, definition and noise.? Replacing cars with nicer cars

? Work closely with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver results that align with their vision

Requirements:

? The candidate’s photo-editing skills should be world-class

? Proven experience as a Photoshop and Generative Fill expert, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

? The candidate must demonstrate previous before and after photo editing experience with proposal submission
