This position is within our Corporate Tax organization to support our global operations. We are looking for proactive, curious talent to join our tax team and continue building our organization focused on process efficiency, customer service and continuous improvement. The Tax Analyst will report to the Tax Compliance Manager in our Oak Brook, IL office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can contribute and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

Preparation and filing of Sales and Use tax returns Coordinate with outside consultants on personal property and real estate tax services Manage the company’s . federal and state fixed assets and tax depreciation calculations Assist with the preparation of federal, state and local income tax returns, including Form 5471 Assist with various tax audits Complete miscellaneous filings, including Census and annual reports Assist operating facilities with sales and use/ personal property compliance issues Manage Tax Residency Certificates Assist with Exemption Certificates, Credits and Incentives Undertake tax research as assigned Perform other job-related duties as assigned Work closely with the accounting team and business partners to answer questions and support the business

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience):

0-2 years’ experience Degree in accounting/finance 

Other Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in OneSource tax software a plus Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar ERP systems

Key Skills and Competencies: 

Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Strong skills in Microsoft Office required (Outlook, Excel and Word) Strong written and verbal communication skills
