Digital Product Manager

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm 

Responsibilities

The day to day activities of a Radwell Digital Product Manager will vary significantly as you collaboratively work across many product design, engineering, testing, data, and customer-facing of the opportunities include:

● Roadmap Ownership - Articulate the product vision and develop and execute on the product across competing timelines and resources to shape the product that delivers a great experience for our customers.

● Customer Insight  - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, inform product decisions, and stay ahead of industry. Collaborate to run user research, usability testing, and become the voice of the customer.

● Product Development / Design-First Thinking - Define scope of requirements and work closely with UX/UI and engineering through with development teams to optimize digital products and identify areas for improvement, monitor performance, and business KPIs.

● Stakeholder Collaboration - Develop and maintain strong relationships with other business leaders as you define the business plan for your the communication of product launches as you make your customers and internal users incredibly successful.

Preferred Qualifications

●3+ years of experience in digital product management in industries such as CPG, industrial, tech, e-commerce.

●Experience with A/B testing

●Familiarity with Adobe Commerce or other e-commerce platforms

●Bachelor’s degree. MBA or advanced degree is a plus

●An analytical mindset with the experience testing hypotheses with lots of data

●Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share a vision to people with varying levels of technical acumen 

●Strong communication skills and ability to influence colleagues and executives 

●Diligent with a strong bias for action
