Your Role With Us:

We are seeking a Physician to see outpatient Marion county patients in a full-time capacity at our Keizer Family Medicine Clinic.

Our patients receive comprehensive medical services through our robust medical group which includes more than 250 providers and 16 specialties, focusing on patient experience and high levels of medical care. Keizer is uniquely positioned geographically to serve a broad catchment area including metropolitan and rural communities and boasts active lifestyle opportunities unique to the Pacific Northwest.

Background/Expertise:

Board Certification in the applicable American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Board. Applicants who are not Board Certified must obtain board certification within five years from completion of the applicable Residency and/or Fellowship program for the privileges being requested at Salem Hospital Demonstrate experience and current competence in the delivery of patient care for a minimum of 60 patients of various diagnoses and procedures in each of the requested age populations below in an active clinical practice reflective of the privileges requested within the last 24 months. 1 to 3 years of experience in the delivery of patient care in an active clinical practice preferred.
