Overview:
Zeno Office Solution Inc, A Xerox Company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate who will be responsible for a wide variety of warehouse activities relating to the receipt, inspection, storage, picking, distribution and basic set up of office equipment, supplies and various goods. This is a full-time opportunity with daytime hours from Monday to Friday. What We Offer: Competitive compensation (hourly compensation and applicable overtime) Comprehensive benefits offerings (including medical, dental, vision, life insurance) Retirement Plan – 401k Paid holidays, personal choice days, and paid time off A culture that offers flexibility and a healthy work-life balance What You’ll Do: Assist in receiving and shipping of Xerox products, equipment and various goods Load and unload vehicles Prepare equipment for shipment and delivery Check all orders for accuracy Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment May assist drivers with deliveries and interact with customers as needed Assist with inventory as needed Operate an automatic box truck in a safe and timely manner, including daily inspection of the vehicle Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record Load, unload, deliver, install and collect equipment at various customer locations Provide excellent customer service Provide basic customer training on copiers, printers and other office technology equipment Perform general technical duties such as connecting equipment to networks What You Need to Succeed: 1-2 years of warehouse experience is preferred 1-2 years of experience driving a 16’ – 26’ box delivery truck preferred Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience using smartphone, tablet and/or laptop Knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet Experience operating a forklift is preferred Physical Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 pounds Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled How We Set You Up for Success: Hands-on training of Xerox equipment and all aspects of warehouse safety and responsibilities Ongoing career development training *May be required to complete an annual DOT physical and drug screen if operating a vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs.
