To develop and maintain an efficient and competitive athletic program.

QUALIFICATIONS: NFHS Concussion Course NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching NFHS Bullying, Hazing & Inappropriate Behaviors Course  Coaches must also complete First Aid Course and CPR Certification Ability to pass a background investigation Must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport and examine new theories and procedures pertinent to the field.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:Assist Head Coach with Fundraising Assist Head Coach with running camps and clinics Compliance of all AIA Bylaws
