Hall’s Culligan of Lompoc is hiring experienced Residential Sales Professionals to join our team Our family of companies employs more than 1100 people across 11 states in over 54 locations.

Culligan is the industry leader in residential water treatment solutions. As a Residential Sales Professional , you will use your hunter mentality to develop leads in your territory. Hall’s Culligan will train you to become an expert in water treatment analysis so that you can offer in-home solutions to your customers. The average salary for this position is $80K - $100K + depending on the performance of each individual salesperson. It is a 100% commission based structure, with an unlimited earnings cap. There is also training pay provided for the first 90 days.

Responsibilities 

 Create, retain, and grow Culligan business in an assigned territory for direct residential sales and rentals of household water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and whole home filtration systems Provide homeowners with consultative services including water analysis tests Self-generate household leads Continuously exceed customer expectations

Qualifications 

Direct in-home sales experience preferred Proven lead generation skills is highly desirable  Must be outgoing and personable, eager to self-generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and a variety of methods for lead generation Customer service oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, outgoing & friendly A history of meeting and exceeding performance expectations Excellent customer service and communication skills required Ability to work a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends  Maintain a professional appearance Valid driver’s license and a good driving record For insurance purposes it is mandated that our drivers be a minimum of 21 years of age
