Job Title : Receptionist, Part-time ( M-F 10:00 a.m. - 2 p.m.)

Reports to : Business Manager/Pastor 

Location: Saint Katharine Drexel Church | Cape Coral, Florida

Overview

Saint Katharine Drexel Parish is seeking a Part-time Receptionist to assist with secretarial and administrative professional support. 

Job Duties

Assist in answering telephone, taking messages and forwarding calls Relief for Administrative Assistant during lunch hour as needed Greet and welcome vendors, families, groups, and other visitors Check visitors in and inform employee of visitor arrival for pick up Assist with data entry and clerical work as directed by Business Manager Clerical work as assigned (proofread weekly bulletin, parish calendar, ministry schedule pro, etc.) Provide general information Copy, file, and maintain paper or electronic documents and records Assist with other tasks, as needed, or assigned

Requirements


Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in a position with similar duties and responsibilities preferred. Previous church employment/experience extremely helpful. Excellent communications skills both written and oral. Functions well under pressure; reacts calmly in emergencies and stressful situations Strong organization skills.
