Essential Functions

: Perform plumbing and fire suppression load calculations. Perform HVAC load calculations. Size and layout plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression piping. Layout equipment rooms with proper clearances and access. Design and draft details, sections, etc. Confer with project team members and other engineering staff and prepare design modifications as required. Survey existing conditions. Attend seminars and continuing education programs. Participate in design, analysis and documentation training. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. Requirements Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Bachelor of Architectural Engineering. E.I.T. (or qualified to sit for E.I.T.) 0 to 3 years’ experience Strong Technical Capacity Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit
