This will be a full-time position, salary, and paid biweekly with additional bonuses and flexible time off. Wait, really? And Monday through Friday? Did we mention that there's a Starbucks in our building?

What will you be doing?

  • Conduct Property Tours: Showcase available units to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities to close leasing agreements.
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, handling maintenance requests, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Lease Negotiation & Execution: Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Property Inspections: Perform regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained and meet safety standards, reporting any necessary repairs or improvements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including tenant communications, lease agreements, and property inspections, and generate reports as required by management.

Qualifications

If you are the person that fixes something right away or does the dishes without being asked, then you are what we are searching for. It is very critical that you are:

  • EXTREMELY reliable
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Have a smartphone
  • You are comfortable using a computer. We're a technology-driven company
  • Have a positive/no-excuse attitude with a strong ability to adapt to change

What are some of the additional qualifications?

  • MUST have rental management experience
  • Experience in both Property Management and Customer Service
  • Reliable transportation
  • A High School Diploma or GED
