What we are looking for:
Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priorityMake Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancyPainting/Staining both interior and exterior applicationsHVAC troubleshooting/repair/maintenanceUpgrading units internally; countertops, cabinetry, flooringQualifications:
2 + years’ experience in maintenance or equivalentDry walling including painting and carpentryKnowledge of plumbingKnowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixturesAble to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposalEPA Certification strongly preferred"A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview."
