Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant for Bryan Hurst of Anytime Fitness in Madisonville, Tennessee will provide administrative support to the franchise owner and management team.
This is a part-time, individual contributor role with an hourly compensation rate of $16.25.
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the franchise.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Personal Assistant at Anytime Fitness will receive a competitive hourly wage of $16.25, paid semi-monthly.
In addition, the Personal Assistant will have access to employee discounts on gym memberships and merchandise.
This is a part-time position and does not include benefits such as healthcare or retirement plans.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the franchise owner and management team
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the franchise owner and management team
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain and organize franchise records and documents
- Coordinate and schedule staff meetings and trainings
- Assist with customer service inquiries and concerns
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the franchise owner or management team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the fitness industry and Anytime Fitness brand is preferred but not required
